Allen Lane is a specialist consultancy focusing on the NHS and supporting the sector on interim and permanent recruitment across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Commissioning and Project Management. We established Allen Lane in 2004 having experienced successful careers in a large multinational consultancy – our approach in setting up a smaller, more specialised business has been to establish honest relationships through sound judgement and exceptional customer service. Our approach is founded on transparency, flexibility and long term objectives – today every member of the Allen Lane team shares this approach – we all view recruitment as a career and not as a job.
We are an approved supplier on the CCS non medical non clinical framework and work closely with our clients in the healthcare sector to understand their business, the challenges they face and to introduce them to the right people to help them overcome those challenges. Over the past 12 years our influence and networks within the sector have developed considerably, but despite our growth in reputation and turnover, we continue to pride ourselves in offering the special kind of service you would expect from a niche “owner run” business.
