Interim NHS Assistant Director of Finance
My client a large Acute trust is currently seeking the support of a proven Director of Finance to assist the executive team whilst they re-structure the organisation to deliver a improved services and meet the wider strategic goals.
This role involves taking ownership of the day to day functions of the Finance department within the trust in order to allow the current Finance Director to concentrate on the strategic and transformational goals of the organisation. You will have a proven track record as an AD or Director of Finance within a large Acute trust and be extremely comfortable working at an executive level.
Reliable, hard working and quietly confident you will effectively take pressure off of the current FD to allow him to concentrate on strategic challenges facing the trust. Experienced in managing a team you should have a minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a similar acute role as an FD and a proven track record of delivering stability whilst meeting operational targets related to finance, contracts, procurement and audits.
This is an excellent interim opportunity where you will enable the team around you to perform to the highest possible standard whilst actively supporting the executive directors in the delivery of wider strategic goals.
