
My client, an Acute trust in London, is seeking an NHSLA Facilitator on a permanent basis to join their small, established team.
Your initial responsibilities will include working with the Clinical and Non-clinical Directorates to produce and gather evidence in support of the Trust's application for level 2 of the NHSLA Risk Management Standards.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
*You will work autonomously as lead specialist and review the current state of preparation for the NHSLA assessment.
*Develop, maintain and update suitable project management tools/templates
*Engage, motivate, persuade and, when necessary and appropriate, drive staff to achieve timely results at all levels, travelling to various Trust sites.
*Evaluate, collate, analyse and critique complex evidence, ensuring sub-standard evidence is reviewed and promptly addressed with divisional/directorate staff.
To be successful you should meet the following criteria:
*Knowledge of the NHSLA Risk Management Standards
*Ability to engage with and motivate, persuade and drive teams - excellent interpersonal skills
*Successful delivery of a project or work stream working across multiple teams in a complex larger organisation
*NHS experience
*NHSLA Risk Management Standards experience
This is a full-time permanent post, with a salary of £30,000 pa.
