Interim HR Manager / Consultant

My client a large North based PCT are currently looking to recruit an interim HR Consultant for a period of circa 12 months.

The Trust are going through the final transition before they close in early 2013 and as such will require some specialist help to see them through this challenging period, the successful individual will be an experienced HR generalist with experience of winding organisations down as well as dealing with trade unions and their various representatives.

Key areas

  • TUPE transfers
  • Updating processes
  • External Communications
  • Dealing with partner organisations as they become established
  • Working in collabaration with the local council
  • Change projects
