
My client, an NHS Trust in the South West, requires an interim Head of Integrated Governance for a period of 4 - 8 weeks starting asap.
As interim Head of Integrated Governance you will:
*Be accountable for the development and implementation of systems, policies and procedures to ensure organisational compliance with external reviews to demonstrate business viability
*Provide appropriate governance information to aid decision making processes
*Keep the Board informed of progress towards the achievement of strategic objectives and the assessment of risks and issues that threaten the achievement of the objectives
*Lead the overall planning and performance improvement of Corporate Compliance for the organisation
*Oversee the delivery of effective risk management, to ensure risks are mitigated and managed within the organisation's agreed risk appetite.
*Developing and implementing corporate compliance processes for the organisation.
*Managing the Integrated Governance Committee
To be considered you must possess the following:
*Educated to Masters degree level or similar demonstrated experience
*Significant experience of developing corporate compliance in a primary care organisation
*Significant experience of delivering partnership governance
*In depth understanding and experience of delivering integrated governance
*Experience of strategic and operational risk management
*Experience of chairing meetings
*Evidence of extensive working at senior management level and working with people at Director level
