Our client is a private healthcare provider who opened a new facility towards the end of last year. They are looking for a part-time Corporate Medical Director to sit on the Board and report to the Managing Director.
The Corporate Medical Director will be responsible for the following:
Ensuring effective integrated governance systems and processes are in place, including the management of corporate and clinical governance;
Ensure that there are robust systems of assessment, CPD and revalidation for medical staff across the organisation;
Be the Executive Lead for quality of Services, patient safety, the strategic development of the organisation’s clinical services and the assurance of that system;
Liaise with the local Acute Trust Medical Director and other external agencies as required to resolve any professional or service issues;
To be successful for this opportunity, you must have previous experience as a Medical Director within a private healthcare organization.
