Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is a high performing and successful organisation with ambition and drive. The Trust merged with Community Health Oxfordshire in April 2011 and now has an annual turnover of £280m, a committed workforce of 5,800 and provides a breadth of mental health and community services well beyond its traditional boundaries across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Swindon, Wiltshire, Bath and North East Somerset. This position is available due to the retirement of the current Chief Executive who has successfully led the Trust for the last 12 years.
