Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the major provider of NHS services for people with mental ill health, learning disabilities and drug and alcohol addictions in Surrey and North East Hampshire. Since our formation in 2005 we have been on an ambitious journey to build excellent and responsive assessment, treatment and care for the people who use our mental health, learning disabilities and drug and alcohol services.
We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our Executive Board who will provide dynamic strategic and operational management to the business unit.
We are seeking candidates who can bring:
• a successful track record of developing strong relationships with commissioners of services
• effective leadership and direction to delivering significant change programmes in improving service quality
