CY Executive Resourcing are currently working with a forward-thinking organisation that provides services across the West Midlands They are now looking for a suitably experienced Finance Manager to join their team.
A pivotal role within the organisation which will see you responsible for leading the financial management function of a specific department. As a key member of the management team you will support the decision making process ensuring that all Financial Controls are adhered to as well as producing management accounts, budgets and forecast analysis. You will also provide support to non finance colleagues by the interpretation of complex financial information.
To be considered for this role the successful candidate will ideally be ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA Qualified. You must have previous experience of working in a challenging environment, with non finance professionals. The ability and confidence to present information to all levels of staff is essential.
