NHS Human Resources Integration Manager
My NHS Client in South UK is looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR)Integration Manager for a 12 month FTC to start immediately. Due to the integration of 2 Trusts the individual will be tasked with looking at the 'people aspects' of the integration of the 2 trusts that are integrating. . Working within the HR Department and having the support of various others (BP's, HR managers etc) you will drive through the benefits of the restructure, pick up the day to day HR operations managment such as Grievance and Absence, TUPE, Generalist HR Management. You will be a robust HR Generalist working to operational level within NHS HR, Project Management Skills would be advantageous (risk managment, multiple task handling), Flexible and Adaptable and able to work under pressure and have some experience of working within a HR Change Management role / environment.
