Interim Change Manager
My client an Acute Trust in London requires an experienced NHS Interim to support a major acute transformation agenda including the redevelopment and reconfiguration of multiple services across the Trust. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in a very high profile programme.
Your key responsibilities will be supporting the Programme Lead to scope the transformation programme by working with senior stakeholders across the Trust. This will include developing and redesigning pathways across key front line services. You will be tasked with outlining and highlighting the detail of work required enabling the trust to understand its support needs moving throughout the delivery of this transformation programme. This will involve working closely with both clinical and non clinical leads.
The ideal interim must be an experienced NHS Interim with a proven track record of scoping and implementing change/transformation agendas in an acute environment. A proven track record of developing acute pathways to improve a service is crucial. Anyone without this NHS Acute experience unfortunately cannot be considered.
