Interim ESR Workforce Information Manager
Reporting to the Director of Workforce, the successful postholder will act as the Trust lead for the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and the production of accurate Workforce data.
The appointed individual will lead on improvements in Workforce data and produce Workforce reports across the departments served by the Human Resources and Organisational Development teams in relation to:

The successful postholder will collate, maintain and analyse workforce information, providing regular and ad hoc analytical reports to a range of individuals and teams both internally and externally. They will also take operational responsibility for ESR benefits realisation, including the day to day management of ESR-related projects and developments.
The post holder will also take responsibility for the improvement and maintenance of ESR data quality. In addition to this, the successful candidate will act as a source of training, advice and guidance on all matters related to Workforce data reporting and analysis.
