Working closely with management and clinical colleagues, this key strategic and operational role will see you take the lead in improving services within the Medicine Directorate. You’ll also liaise with external agencies as part of the integrated clinical pathways we’re developing. A great chance to gain broad experience within a brand new Division, you’ll bring real leadership and energy to the team.
As well as a track record in change management, you’re adept at delivering high quality patient services within an acute setting. You are able to develop and implement strategy and deliver key performance targets, efficiency and financial targets are also key to this role, as are strong project management skills. Some Medical Specialties experience would also be preferable but not essential.
