Joining our senior management team, you will be a commercially astute senior manager who can provide leadership and take corporate responsibility for our quality and compliance arrangements, ensuring quality indicators, care standards and regulatory requirements are fully satisfied.

Leading the strategy development, implementation and review of compliance, you will ensure best practice solutions are viable and comply with regulatory and company requirements. Having already gained several years relevant experience at a senior management level within a similar environment, you will have the ability to lead and manage a team of professional staff, and be able to liaise with a wide range of external partners, clients and our internal management teams. You will also have proven experience in both project management and quality improvement, along with experience of working and influencing multiple functions within a business in order to deliver quality standards.

A self driven individual and an independent thinker, you will demonstrate excellent judgement, problem solving and analytical skills and an ability to cope simultaneously with a large number
of competing priorities. A sound understanding of the health environment is also essential.
