We are currently looking for an experienced Manager to oversee our London Visiting Service. This role includes working on call with a large percentage in the out of hours period. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of primary care and out of hours, to help deliver high performance services to the satisfaction of both Harmoni’s patients and commissioners.
Working closely with Clinical and Operational Leads you will strive to exceed targets, contractual standards and patient expectations.
With an ability to make balanced decisions in a complex environment, the ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and will provide motivation and development to a multidisciplinary team.
