MEDICAL STAFFING MANAGER VACANCY

NEGOTIABLE RATE - SOUTH WEST
My client an NHS organisation in the South West is looking for a Medical Staffing Manager to assist in medical workforce management and development, achieving effective organisational change and aligning the job plan priorities of medical staff with those of the wider organisation.
This individual will take a lead role in introducing an e-job planning system.
Duties will include:
*Providing comprehensive support on medical management matters
*Leading on medical workforce management and development, ensuring benefit realisation from the new consultant and specialty doctor/associate specialist contracts
*Ensuring best practice systems and processes are used in relation to medical staffing recruitment and managing the recruitment process for Medical Staff
*Advising on performance management issues, leading on specific projects and providing general HR guidance and development.
The successful candidate will need to have experience of effective implementation of change processes which will include relevant advanced theoretical and practical knowledge acquired over a significant period. Good judgment in the analysis and interpretation of complex data to produce meaningful information to assist decision making to formulate practical solutions. Recent Medical Staffing experience is a must when applying for this position.
