A NHS Organisation in the South of England is looking to recruit an Interim HR Advisor for a 2-3 month contract.

Main Responsibilities:

To support the Senior HR Advisor in delivering their key result areas by providing a comprehensive and effective Human Resources function to all employees within designated areas within NHS Area on behalf of the Head of Internal HR.

To ensure that the application of HR policy is fairly and consistently applied, supporting best practice to achieve organisational objectives and supporting the effective day-to-day operation of the organisation.

This role is key in achieving the successful continuation of business as usual and supporting the delivery of organisation priorities during the current transition of the NHS in a period of change.

You will ideally have NHS experience with a background in Human Resources.
