About the role
This is an exciting developing role providing opportunity for an experienced senior manager to lead and develop the assessment and short term intervention services in the County.
This role provides an opportunity to build on the recent changes within the service and help shape and deliver the aspirations for both Adult Services and the Council as a whole.
The role holder will be responsible for developing effective customer and stakeholder engagement and collaborative relationships with partners, which can inform and are integral to the delivery of improved outcomes for vulnerable adults and their families.
You will need to hold a relevant social or health care qualification and have significant experience in leading and managing a diverse range of adult’s services.
You must have the flexibility to adapt into a developing role, understand the direction of travel for Lincolnshire County Council, be able to manage budgetary pressures and find innovative ways of working within this business environment.

The postholder will be required to travel to undertake the duties of the role.
The post will attract the payment of relocation expenses where applicable in line with current Lincolnshire County Council Relocation Scheme.
