A fantastic opportunity has just become available for a HR Advisor to join a great NHS Trust located in London. The role is a generalist position and is expected to last for at least 6 months initially with a view to extending the role.
In the role you will predominantly be focusing on a project to reduce sickness absence across the organisation. You will also be tasked on supporting on other areas of ER such as grievances and disciplinary’ s but your main focus for the 6 months will be centered around absence management.
