Interim Complaints Manager required for a Clinical Commissioning Group based in the South Midlands area for a 3 month contract to start ASAP.
My client is looking to bring in support to clear a back log of complaints and work with the FOI requests.
To be considered for this position, you must have the following skills or experience:
- Experience of working within the NHS
- Drafting complaint responses
- Updating and reviewing complaints processes and procedures
- Clearing a back log of complaints
- Responding to FOI requests
