Project details: My client based in Yorkshire has a requirement for an Interim Governance Board Secretary to join their team on an initial 3 month contract.

As the Governance Board Secretary you will be responsible for leading the team of 3 people and day to day duties will consist of checking complaints, working within quality assurance and help assist with board papers and attend community meetings.

My client is looking for the individual to have experience working within Corporate Governance and previously operating as a company secretary. Also having experience with dealing with complaints, quality assurance and freedom of information is essential to the role. Having previous experience working within a CCG environment will be beneficial to this opportunity.

This is a great opportunity to work within the high performing governance team to help develop and ensure assurance around corporate governance.

Interview slots are Thursday this week (04/05/2017) and this is an urgent requirement looking for the individual to start ASAP.
