Interim Partners are working with a CCG to identify a talented individual to lead on centralising the commissioning arrangements for a large collaboration in the South.

The successful candidate will be responsible for embedding the CCGs Sustainability and Transformation plan outcomes within acute contracts. You will have experience of robust contract negotiation and in year performance management for acute contracts together with an overall understanding of the STP landscape.

As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate strategic thinking and be able to lead negotiations with provider CEO's. There is also an element of business as usual, so the successful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong track record in commissioning acute services that are of the highest quality, yet cost effective.

You will also be able to demonstrate an understanding of the dynamics within a business arena and balance against political environment. Extensive change management experience at a senior management level is essential as is a comprehensive understanding of contracting and performance strategy and processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, a dynamic personality with the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships and wide support networks. Creative thinking, gravitas and high level communication skills are essential.
