This opportunity is for our NHS client and you would be sitting within the HR team, where you will be reporting into the Director of Nursing. You will be responsible for directly attracting and sourcing qualified nurses. It is essential you have some experience of recruiting nurses via social media, networking events, nursing events and attracting talent from abroad.

This is a great role as you will be working independently and will have the flexibility to do some home working. You will also get a chance to work across the county on building strong working relationships and supporting line managers by capturing relevant information.

This is not a target or commission based role but you will be expected to deliver results. You will have full recruitment administration support so that you can focus on sourcing, attraction and candidate management and ultimately filling vacancies.

This is a great 6 month opportunity for a skilled talent acquisition specialist to really make a difference in a role where you will be pivotal to the business and the colleagues you support.
