HR Shared Service Manager
I am supporting an NHS Client with an exciting Interim HR Shared Service Manager position. My client operates a shared service to a number of NHS clients and requires you to support the Assistant Director of Payroll Services in the continuing formulation of a professional and fully costed service catalogue for their potential clients.
Once starting the position they will be looking for you to formulate similar catalogues across the HR Directorate which includes Resourcing, HR Business Management, Learning and Development and Occupational Health
You will also be required to support the Assistant Director of Payroll Services with the procurement of new business. Tender/PID experience within a shared service is an advantage but not essential.
