Our client a financially challenged CCG, based in the North West, is seeking to recruit an interim Accountable Officer. This role will lead and direct commissioning, management and staff teams to deliver national and local objectives with particular emphasis on delivering improved health, clinical and quality outcomes, patient experience and productivity whist meeting financial and contractual requirements.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that you have strong influencing capability and are passionate about enabling clinical leadership and improving outcomes for the population while realizing value for money as a commissioner. You will have significant experience of board-level and leading improvements in healthcare services, a track record of successfully working with clinical professionals, managing budgets and delivering results through exceptional leadership.
