Interim Home Manager
My client is an independent care home specialising in the provision of care for older people.
They have an opportunity for an interim Home Manager who has experience in managing mid-sized care homes successfully. The assignment will be for 3-6 months and it is essential that the candidate has experience in leading a team in the private sector, full knowledge on the regulations and guidelines around CQC, have a proven ability to turnaround failing homes and have a positive impact on the community.
The successful candidate will be a good communicator, have fantastic leadership skills and be a 'doer'.
