I am recruiting for an interim Quality Support Officer for a 4 month assignment.

The hours can either be 4 days at 8 hours per day or 5 days at 7.5 hours per day. The start date is late October / early November and the first interview process shall be a telephone interview so the client can understand your level of CQUIN / QS knowledge.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight of the performance of all providers in relation to the quality standards and indicators specified within contracts;
  • Coordinate the formal provider quality reviews and assurance processes for the Tier 2 & 3 Providers and Any Qualified Providers to assist in developing quality indicators;
  • Work operationally for national and regional quality and quality monitoring issues;
  • Translate these implications into service delivery, supporting the Quality Improvement Manager and Quality Support Managers in translating how these requirements can be interpreted to deliver world class Commissioning;
  • Evaluate CQUIN and Quality Schedule information for a range of providers which range from large acute, mental health to mid-sized private hospitals and then any Qualified Provider contracts;
  • Make decisions on CQUIN up to £0.5m.
The successful candidate:
  • Must have experience of evaluating CQUIN and Quality Schedule information.
