Service Manager - Turnaround
My client is an independent care group specialising in wide ranging services including supporting those with LD.
They have a really interesting opportunity for an experienced Turnaround Manager to work with the senior management team of the business on significantly improving the standard of care and running of a residential LD home. You will ensure the highest standards of care are achieved and that staff are well motivated, trained and clear on what is expected of them from the regulator and their service users. There is a CQC action plan that needs delivering.
The successful candidate will need experience of managing and running residential care services, this can be LD, MH or elderly care. You will be used to managing teams and have specific experience of turning around poorly performing residential care services. You will be a senior operator and have run similar services in the past. My client also needs someone used to working with regulatory bodies such as the CQC and safeguarding groups to implement action plans following on from a poor CQC inspection.
The assignment will run for 3 months initially. My client requires an immediate start and is offering a rate of £340 to £350 a day. If you have the required skills please contact Andrew Vaux on 01491 577122.
