Workforce Manager (8A/8B)
Workforce Manager required for a 6-month interim assignment based in Lincolnshire.
Our client, a large NHS Trust require an interim Workforce Manager to work within an existing team to reduce agency costs. Your role will be to review the current processes used in recruitment and staffing processes, e-rostering and current 6-week planning procedures to support the trusts aim of reducing agency spend.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a trust in a turnaround situation able to work at pace with a positive can-do attitude.
