Role: Governance Manager

Duration: 6 months

Location: South East England

We are looking for an Interim Governance Manager for a 6 month contract with a NHS organisation in the South East.

The focus of the Governance Manager will be to support the Head of Nursing around incidents, serious incidents, complaints and risk registers. On top of this the department are also looking for the Governance Manager to help fashion stronger governance processes in order increase efficiency going forward.

The day to day of the role will involve analysing, pulling together an presenting reports on serious incidents, incidents and complaints for bi-weekly serious incidents panels.

As Governance Manager you will need to possess the following:

  • Proven experience as a Governance Manager within the NHS and with working on Serious Incidents and Risk Registers
  • Solid stakeholder management and clear communication skills
  • IT literate
  • Ability to pull and present reports on incidents and complaints

The Governance manager will ideally also have a proven background of improving Governance standards within a previous organisation.
