An NHS Trust based in the East of England are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team. If you have the ability to support with the management and negotiation of the Trust's provider to Provider SLAs then you could be the Contracts Manager that we're looking for.

What will you be doing?

As a Contracts Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering legal contracting expertise to the trust, leading on the negotiation agreement and completing legally binding contracts with commissioners and sub-contractors. You'll manage a portfolio of Trust contracts, supporting clinical and operational teams regarding the understanding of contract terms and parameters. Furthermore, you'll support a range of teams, undertaking complex and contentious negotiations with senior members of the organisation, ensuring the best value and minimising the risk.

If you have the ability to assist in the protection of financial, contractual and legal integrity of the trust through the analysis of third party contracts, then we want to hear from you.
