A large NHS organisation based in Yorkshire is looking to appoint a FTC for a period of 6 months + who has previous experience of establishing an SPV for the NHS. This role will be for a start in January 2018. 

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish the SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) for a large NHS organisation, working with a number of senior managers in the organisation who are supported by operational Management locally; 
  • Responsible for bringing the Programme of work related together, ensuring full stakeholder engagement across the organisation, specifically those already involved in the planning stage; 
  • Working with legal team to ensure that the SPV meets all necessary requirements required by law, ideally you will have a understanding of the legalities of an SPV already; 
  • Responsible for driving this Programme forward operationally, and coordinating the projects for the Programme of work. 
  • Work with a number of stakeholders and a cultivating a sound PM platform.

A successful candidate will have:
  • Proven project management experience, ideally hold qualification related i.e. PRINCE II Practitioner or MSP; 
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines set; 
  • Candidate must be a ‘hands on’ project manager rather than strategic, the chosen candidate will need to get involved at all levels of the process; 
  • You will need to have worked on a SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) Programme/Project previously, which must be demonstrated on your CV.
