Starting Salary Range: £47,610 - £54,636 (depending on qualifications and experience)

Contract type: 2 year fixed term appointment with the possibility of extension by mutual agreement
Working closely with the Director of Health and Social Services, the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Nursing Officer, you will oversee the management of key operational services within the Islands’ 27 bed hospital, including Theatre, X-ray, Pharmacy, Pathology, Estates and Engineering, Stores, Catering, Physiotherapy, Drivers and Cleaning services.
We are looking for a highly skilled and organised Hospital Manager with a strong track record of effectively managing operational/clinical services that deliver quality patient outcomes. If you have a wealth of experience in managing complex and challenging operational projects and services in a health care setting, we want to hear from you.
