An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Relationship Manager to support one of the UK’s largest and busiest teaching hospitals: King’s College Hospital.

Our team of highly trained and experienced Client Relationship Managers works with NHS Trusts around the country, helping to make sure that their temporary workforce needs are met. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced client account manager to join this team.

Reporting to the Head of Client Relations for London, you will be expected to ensure that we provide a premium account management service to Kings’, working with the client at all levels and managing the local team to meet the needs of a top teaching hospital.

Ideally, you should have experience in a managed service or outsourcing environment, where you built strong relationships with your clients and develop strategies to improve the service offered.

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead client management activity across the Trust. You will be involved in day to day operations, managing a team, gaining confidence from clients by supporting the overall delivery of business objectives. You will be required to use your initiative to provide effective liaison and relationship building across all of the services we deliver for the Trust, including all aspects of operational management to deliver a client focused service.

Key Tasks of the role:

  • Responsible for Account Management of your client
  • Identify opportunities for development and implementation of continuous service improvements through the creation of innovative solutions and service delivery plans
  • Engage with Managers, Directors and Executive Directors within client Trusts to identify and deliver strategic plans for temporary staffing, holding regular meetings and reviews to present proposals and recommendations for change.
  • Manage your team to ensure service is delivered in line with Trust objectives
  • Engage with and influence other NHS Professionals departments to resolve issues being faced by your client
  • Develop and implement NHSP marketing and recruitment strategies to maintain and improve bank fill

This role will be based predominantly based at King’s College Hospital in Denmark Hill, however some flexibility and the ability to travel across the region is required and a full UK driving license is preferable.
