We are looking for an inspirational Director of Business Improvement and Transformation who is skilled and experienced in bringing about operational and cultural change associated with both continuous improvement and larger scale programme based transformational change. You will be comfortable working across multiple Organisations in different sectors as part of the role will be to lead the mental health change programme over the Derbyshire footprint.

You will have worked in a regulatory environment and have experiences that mirror our current portfolio of services. You will show a passion for improving outcomes for people who use our services and be able to demonstrate how that passion has resulted in service change.

To be successful in this post you will need to demonstrate your track record of working in mental health/children’s services at either Board or next in line to Board level. You will be able to demonstrate experience and confidence in a Board environment.
