Morgan Hunt's NHS client is looking for a Transformation Manager on an interim basis. The successful candidate will programme manage complex transformation challenges across Right Care.

Key responsibilities:
* Programme manage complex transformation challenges with demonstrable skills in both commissioning and programme management utilising evidence base and best practice approaches to phased developments
* Apply rigour to business case development to accelerate effective corporate decision making to board level
* To lead and manage efficient and high quality QIPP project management and delivery at pace
* To define the scope and aims of existing and new Service Redesign projects
* To manage key Service Redesign projects, supporting phased transformational change work streams, ensuring delivery on time, to budget and agreed quality standards
* To deliver on performance targets through effective delivery of the project outputs and overall programme outcomes
* To develop and systematise risk and issue management for each work stream within the projects and overall programme
* To provide timely advice, recommendations and reports in relation to project and programme developments, implementation
* To clearly articulate capacity and capability requirements for the successful delivery of the transformation
* Provide professional specialist advice and support to Directors, Clinicians and Project Leads in the development of new ideas and opportunities.
* To actively contribute to QIPP meetings to ensure robust delivery of plans and escalation of risks and issues to and from the Programme Board.

Key skills:
- Extensive leadership and management experience within a CCG.
- Experience of Managing QIPP or CIP within a CCG.
- Subject matter expertise in project and programme management
- Able to analyse highly complex financial and performance data and draw appropriate conclusions.
- Manage systems for tracking project and programme progress
- Produce reports and Business Cases for director level Committees
- Knowledge and understanding of Right Care

It would be desirable to have expertise in respiratory transformation
