Service Redesign and Transformation - Senior Manager

We are seeking individuals with a clinical background who have experience in delivering service redesign in an acute setting. Applications should include evidence of key deliverables and experience.
Successful candidates will have experience in improving hospital services, and developing new and innovative models of care, to secure the sustainability of health and care system using their ability to plan and execute complex projects. Using their clinical background they will engage with patients, clinicians, carers and wider stakeholders so that they remain central to all decisions enabling them to work in partnership with providers and commissioners to transform local care systems. Experience in recognised transformation and change management methodologies is also desirable.
