The Falkland Islands Government is looking for a new colleague to join its existing team of friendly and experienced Health Service professionals

Salary: ££ Competitive (starting salaries will depend on qualifications and experience).
Other Benefits include: a 25% end of contract gratuity, a favorable tax regime, in addition to relocation and flight package and 41 days leave (inclusive of public holidays).
Contract Type: 2 years fixed term appointment initially with the possibility of extension by mutual agreement.
Working closely with the Director of Health and Social Services, the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Nursing Officer, you will oversee the management of key operational services within the Islands’ 27 bed hospital, including Theatre, X-ray, Pharmacy, Pathology, Estates and Engineering, Stores, Catering, Physiotherapy, Drivers and Cleaning services.
We are looking for a highly skilled and organised Hospital Manager with a strong track record of effectively managing operational/clinical services that deliver quality patient outcomes. If you have a wealth of experience in managing complex and challenging operational projects and services in a healthcare setting, we want to hear from you.
