We are the largest employer in Wirral and provide a full range of acute healthcare services across the Wirral peninsula, Ellesmere Port and Neston, operating from three main sites.

Following a significant change in organisational leadership in the Trust with the recent departures of our Chair and Chief Executive, we are seeking a values-driven Chief Executive who can inspire our collaborative Executive team and our dedicated workforce. This is a pivotal time for the Trust. We are committed to embedding a positive and supportive culture that promotes leadership and accountability at all levels.
This role requires a visible and engaging leader. You will bring a track record of successfully transforming complex acute healthcare organisations. With a reputation for developing high performance cultures, you will bring a positive and energised approach that will quickly build trusted relationships internally and externally.
