Finegreen are supporting a large Foundation Trust in the South East to source an interim Income Manager to lead the production and monitoring of activity and income information, and to report for over £250m of commissioned income for 3-6 months. The role will:

  • Lead the income team providing direction for workload and a strong personal example for the junior members of the team.

  • Deliver the contract monitoring to nationally mandated timescales and ensure high quality information is maintained and reported.

  • Liaise with Business Intelligence and have SQL experience to improve processes and data capture ensuring all rules are applied.

  • Ensure all contractual agreements between Trust and Commissioners are reflected in the contract monitoring and is technically accurate, in line with PbR national guidance.

  • Develop and maintain a validation process to demonstrate that continually updating datasets are consistent with prior periods and the final information output is robust.

  • Provide assurance to senior managers on a monthly basis on contract monitoring reports, develop and implement actions where required.

  • Maintain a robust structure suitable for reporting both internally and externally.

  • Oversee the current SLAM structure and development.

  • Be the Trust’s PbR technical expert
