Medical Staffing Lead
The Finegreen Group is working in partnership with an NHS organisation based in the South East that requires an interim Medical Staffing. This is an interim role for a duration of between three and six months at AfC band 7 day rate equivalent.
Reporting directly into the Head of Human Resources, and working closely with the Trust’s Medical Director, Medical Staffing Lead will be responsible for all aspects relating to Medical Workforce across the organisation in line with the Trust’s strategic workforce objectives.

Reporting directly into the Head of Human Resources, and working closely with the Trust’s Medical Director, Medical Staffing Lead will be responsible for all aspects relating to Medical Workforce across the organisation in line with the Trust’s strategic workforce objectives.
Key Responsibilities will include;
- Delivery a High Performing Centralised Medical Staffing Service;
- Effective Performance Management of Temporary Medical and Dental Staff and associated key performance targets;
- Offer expert advice and support to managers across the Trust on all matters relating to the employment of Medical Staff and the application of their terms and conditions of service;
- Maintain safe and compliant rotas taking into account other activities associated with medical workforce planning and recruitment and induction work streams.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent;
- Previous experience of leading within Medical Workforce at a Healthcare provider organisation;
- Understanding of Healthcare E-rostering and electronic job planning systems;
- Experience of leading, and implementing workforce strategies in line with organisational objectives;
- Experience of managing significant change in a challenging environment;
- Excellent stakeholder engagement & communication skills.
