Interim General Manager
An established organisation working within the Healthcare industry, in the South West, have an immediate requirement for an Interim General Manager to join their team. If you have a proven track record of management and the ability to lead and innovatively bring change in a challenging financial climate in an NHS Foundation Trust or similar organisation, then we would love to hear from you.
What will you be doing?
As Interim General Manager, you will be in charge of overseeing the operational and financial management of the services, including Organisation flow. You will also have the responsibility of implementing improvement plans to ensure the delivery of high quality patient care, patient safety, and professional standards set by the Department of Health.
What skills/experience should you have?
- Experience of working with Theatres, Anaesthetics and Critical Care in the last 24 months
- Proven experience of budget management and budget setting at directorate or equivalent level.
- Highly developed people management skills to lead and guide teams in specialist capacities.
- A Project Management Qualification (PRINCE2/MSP or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.If you have any of the above experience and interest in this role then please do get in touch.
