Job Details
Rethink is working in partnership with a Mental Health Trust in the South West who are looking to engage an Interim Head of Nursing (8b) for a period of 6 - 12 months to support them through a period of change.
In this role you will provide operational and clinical leadership to a dedicated and busy team of specialist Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurses. You will ensure that high standards of patient care are being delivered and work with the Senior team to support current change agendas.
In order to be considered for this role you will need:
- Experience in a Head of or Lead Nursing role in a Mental Health/LD environment
- A current valid Nursing registration
- Experience of leading teams both operationally and clinically
- Excellent communication skills
