Practicus is currently partnering with an NHS Trust that requires an interim Company Secretary banded at 8c to cover a brief period before the new substantive takes their position up.
My client is looking for an interim company secretary for circa 2 months to provide critical cover in the business during a very busy time of year. Working with the CEO and other directors you will provide the hands on support to ensure the organisation remain compliant and safe. You will manage all the affairs of the committees and board, support with the completion of the annual reports. You will maintain and manage the Board Assurance Framework, all corporate governance arrangements and help plan the agendas and meetings or the board.
The selected interim with have a proven track record of working as a company secretary or similar within an NHS trust or CCG. You will be a team player, people person who is engaging and credible.
Rate - £42.16 per hour
IR35 - Inside
Interview - Week commencing 4th February
Start - Monday 11th February or sooner if possible
