Pure Interims are consulting with an NHS organisation seeking an experienced Interim Head of Nursing to cover the Surgery department for 3 months. As a registered Nurse, you will be responsible for and leading on:
- High quality service that is efficient and effective
- Leading on Patient safety and experience
- Managing, leading and holding Matrons accountable for their clinical areas
- Clinical Governance
- Be a visible senior nurse leader ensuring high level standards of care
- Monitoring resources, HR issues and clinical care
- Identifying and making improvements in the quality and patient care
