Project Manager - TRAC Implementation
An acute trust in London in the HR team are looking for a systems person who has implemented or project managed the TRAC recruitment system. We do require specific experience of TRAC. This would be an Band 8a role, inside of IR35 with it due to last for around 6 months. Anticipated start date would be mid-March.
- The individual will be required to implement the new system across the Trust and engage with Stakeholders and guide the recruitment team.
- Also in light of the new system, to make improvement with the current recruitment process and ensure we have a smooth recruitment journey for the Recruiting Manager and Candidates.
- Also to review the on-boarding process and make improvements where necessary.
