Job Details

My client is an established GP Federation that covers a diverse region of the UK.

They have a really interesting opportunity for an experienced Primary Care Project Manager to work on the redesign of services and mobilisation of a number of vital projects. The projects desired outcomes include improving access to the services of the federation's members as well as improving the resilience of the practices. A good understanding of PCNs is needed as is having worked on projects that remodel the workforce and improve ways of working.

The successful candidate must have project management experience gained in the primary care sector, ideally with specific reference to PCNs and working with GPs and their practices. It would also be of use if you have worked with or for a GP Federation before. You will be an excellent relationship builder able to plan and execute complex projects whilst also having the ability to articulate their benefits to busy primary care professionals. In addition to the above it is also important for this person to be comfortable managing projects from end to end - managing all aspects of the delivery and also the day to day management of project documentation and information. My client's preference is for a project manager used to working to in a Prince environment.

The assignment will run for 3 to 6 months and requires an immediate start. I have a daily rate of between £300 per day outside of IR35. If you have the required skills please contact Andrew Vaux on 01491 577122.
