Rethink Health are working in partnership with an Acute Trust in the East of England who are seeking an interim ED Turnaround consultant for a period of 6 - 12 months. This is an exciting role working directly with the COO of a large Acute - supporting them to deliver improvements specifically in:
- Reducing LOS ( with an eye on the 21 super stranded initiative)
- Improving patient flow - reducing exit blocks
- Improving overall performance
- Working with front line staff to deliver more effective process
