Location: South West
Duration: 3-6 months
Our NHS client are searching for some interims to join them for a 3-6 month period. The Specialised Medicine Directorate is in need of a General Manager (8c) and a Service Manager (8a), and the Integrated Medicine Directorate is in need of a Deputy General Manager (8b), to contribute to the effective strategic and operational management of the directorates.
In order to be considered for these positions, you will need:
- Detailed understanding and experience of the management of the NHS
- Knowledge and experience of service improvement skills and techniques
- Significant experience working in general management within the NHS or private sector
- Experience of leadership at a senior management level
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to impact change
