Band 6 CHC Nurse Assessor

My Client is currently seeking an experienced Band 6 CHC Nurse Assessor to fill an interim contract. Working hours will be, 9-5 Monday to Friday, role based in the North West Area. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of CHC Assessment practices within the NHS. 

The daily rate for this role will be £360 per day, Outside IR35. Initally a 3 month contract with the possibility of extension, with an immediate start.

Working with an NHS Continuing Health Care Team, you will complete CHC assessments/reviews in a timely manner within the community. Our NHS client is currently looking for an excellent team player with strong computer skills, who is able to work independently. 

Requirements of the role:
All applicants must have an updated NMC Registration. 
All applicants must have experience within the NHS completing DST/ MDT and Panel.
All applicants must have experience working within CHC Assessments.
